Shipping & Returns

We ship everywhere in the world, including to PO Boxes.  All products will be shipped via United States Postal Service from our warehouse in Florida. All orders received before Noon EST will be processed and shipped the same day.  Orders received after Noon EST will be shipped the next morning.  We only charge the actual postage cost for shipping, and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number upon shipment.

Returns

All eCigPros brand items are guaranteed for 30 days, except the eXtreme and eXtreme II atomizers, which carry a 14 day warranty.  Contact us via email at support@ecigpros.com, or call us toll-free at 800-731-7428, to determine if a component is defective.  We take our Customer Support very seriously and will promptly replace any defective item. 

Aspire, KangerTech, and Innokin products are guaranteed against Dead on Arrival only.
